All reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience with the business. To keep our community safe and respectful, reviews must not contain:
Abusive Language: Profanity, offensive remarks, hate speech, or discriminatory text.
Harassment: Direct threats, bullying, or abusive behavior targeted at individuals or staff.
Private Data: Sensitive personal information (such as personal phone numbers, private email addresses, or home addresses).
Commercial Content: Spam, self-promotional text, links, or irrelevant marketing material.
Intellectual Property Violations: Copyrighted content used without explicit permission.
Spamming: Duplicate reviews across multiple profiles or accounts.
Misinformation: Content that can be objectively proven to be factually false.
