How do I update my account details?

Your business changes over time—maybe you've polished your brand description, updated your contact number, or relocated your main office. Most of these foundational account details can be updated instantly right from your dashboard.

Here is how to keep your profile accurate and what to do if you hit a setting you can't change manually.

Direct Updates vs. Support Assistance

To make this as quick as possible, here is a quick look at what you can tweak yourself versus what requires a quick message to our team:

• Primary email address

• Business phone number

• Main business description

• Operational contact details

Troubleshooting & Exceptions

⚠️ Changing Your Business Name

Note: To protect your verified history and maintain platform security, you cannot change your official business name from the dashboard. If you are rebranding or fixed a typo, please contact our Support team directly, and we will update it on the backend for you.

Why is my preferred location greyed out or unavailable?

If you try to change your location and find the options are locked or unclickable, it isn't a glitch. This usually happens because the geographic shift directly impacts your active advertising contract or designated regional coverage area.

If you need to move your storefront into a locked region, just get in touch with our team. We'll happily review your contract parameters and help map your business to the right territory.
