Account Security & Formatting Rules
To protect our marketplace and ensure your portal functions correctly, your login credentials must meet strict formatting criteria.
Username Requirements
Must be written entirely in lowercase.
Must not contain spaces.
Must be at least 5 characters long.

Password Requirements
Must be between 8 and 48 characters long.
Must include at least one lowercase letter.
Must include at least one uppercase letter.
Must include at least one number.
Must not contain spaces.

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: Save Your Username!
The vendor login portal requires your username to grant access to your admin dashboard—not your email address.
If you attempt to sign in using your email address, the system will reject the login attempt. Make sure to document your exact username during setup!
