You can request a change to the business name shown on your vendor profile. Business names cannot be changed directly through your vendor admin dashboard.
What to provide
Contact us using the email address linked to your account and include:
- Current business name: The name currently shown on your vendor profile.
- New business name: The exact spelling and capitalisation you want displayed.
- Storefront link: The link to your storefront, if available.
- Reason for the change: Let us know whether the change is due to a trade name change, a legal company name change, or a change in management or ownership.
Our Support team will review your request and, where appropriate, update the business name on your profile.
After your business name is updated
Check your storefront to make sure your business description, branding, photos and videos, social media profiles, and contact information still reflect your current business details.
