Settling an open balance is quick and straightforward:
Log in to your Vendor account.
Navigate to the Invoices section.
Locate any invoice displaying a pending or outstanding balance.
Click the Pay button situated next to that specific invoice.
Follow the secure, on-screen prompts to input your billing details and complete your transaction.
Note: As soon as your payment is successfully processed, the system will automatically update the invoice status across your dashboard for your records.
Troubleshooting: Can't See the "Pay" Button?
If you are looking at an invoice but the Pay button is missing, it is typically due to one of the following reasons:
Already Settled: The invoice has already been paid in full.
Future Balance: The invoice has been generated but is not yet due for payment.
