Your guest list is the heart of your wedding planning! Whether you want to add people one by one or import a giant list from Excel, we’ve got you covered. It’s the best way to keep your RSVPs and dietary notes all in one organized place.
Next steps:
- Add guests manually. Go to My Wedding > Guests and click the red "+ Guest" button. If you want to link a partner or a family member, just click "Add companion" right below their name to keep them grouped together!
- Edit or delete. If someone's details change, simply click the three dots (...) on the right side of any guest’s name to modify their information or remove them from the list.
- Import from Excel. If you already have a list started, click "+ Guest" and select "Import the list from an Excel file." > Note: Be sure to download our specific template, fill it in exactly as shown, and re-upload it to ensure all the data maps correctly.
- Get a helping hand. If the Excel upload feels a bit tricky, don't sweat it! Send us your completed template and our team can try to import it into your profile for you.
